01 Skills training

The director of the supply chain department Liu Xiaoming gave a wonderful training course. The content of the course included: negotiation skills, problem solving, and quotation elements. All employees of the department intensively participate in training and study and conduct a brainstorming.

During the training, all personnel listened carefully and recorded in detail; General Manager Liao Haitao gave a speech, encouraging and fully affirming the work of the supply chain department. 03 Hike around the lake

On this day in August, it was the first high-temperature weather since the beginning of summer this year. The scorching sun could not stop the steps of the friends. Everyone gathered on time at 7:30 in the morning, full of confidence, and greeted 10 kilometers together. Trekking challenge around Taihu Lake.
 

 

Accompanied by the scorching sun, everyone began to travel together. In the face of the 36° high temperature, the 10-km journey was difficult. Taking into account everyone's physical limits, the company arranged to supply vehicles, water, food, and heat-reducing medicine. The bad weather tests everyone's perseverance. On the way, everyone encouraged each other, united and helped each other, and no employee was left behind.

Along the way, everyone forgot to be tired, laughed and moved forward. It lasted nearly 3 hours and all members arrived at their destination triumphantly. At that moment, everyone's face was filled with the joy of victory. With sweat and action, everyone interprets the spirit and vigor of the literati in the city of hard work, unity, and courage.

After the hike, the friends had a short tea break in the mountainside tea room. A cool breeze hits, enjoying the beauty of the mountains and rivers, and everyone feels the success and joy after hard work.
 

 

With the relief of the rest of our lives, accompanied by the cicadas singing, under the shade of the trees, in the fragrance of tea, we talked about our lives and our careers together.

 

The trekking activity of the supply chain department of AMTE ended successfully.
