Recently, all departments of AMTE organized various team building activities in an orderly manner. This time, the Second Engineering Department and the Quality Department jointly organized a two-day camping outreach activity on Chongming Island. On the morning of the event, all members of the Engineering Department and Quality Department gathered at the company to conduct training on safety, engineering, and quality. Everyone has a deep understanding of company management rules and regulations and technical knowledge.
 

Start the journey

 

The weather was fine and sunny. After departmental training, the team building activities officially started. Everyone put aside their intense and busy work for a while, reunited, prepared equipment, and embarked on a wonderful journey.
 

 

With the joyful bumps along the way, We arrived at the camping spot on Chongming Island in Shanghai without knowing it. Everyone helped each other, set up the tent, set up the seats, adjusted the fishing rod, and started entertainment-camping and fishing.

The friends went down to the river to fish and touched shrimps, and really experienced a special joy, and they also harvested several small fishes!
 

 

 

Earthen stove for cooking

 

Unconsciously in the evening, the unbearable feeling of hunger made everyone hit it off and opened a warm scene-"The Story of Cooking Class". All the friends took the initiative one by one and joined the dinner making army. The dampness after the rain could not stop our youthful enthusiasm. After many times of flameout, the stove was finally lit and the cooking smoke rose.
 

 

 

All the great gods showed their talents, and the teams worked together. They washed vegetables, cut meat, cooked vegetables, made fire, and steamed rice. They were very busy.

Everything went in an orderly manner. After everyone's concerted efforts, a large table of delicious and sumptuous dinners were made. Everyone sat around the table and enjoyed the fruits of their labor.

It seemed like a dream, when I realized it was a child, it was late at night, and everyone was tired. Quietly, in the tent, everyone was dreaming sweet dreams to welcome the next day’s entertainment... ..
 

 

Live CS Battle

 

Morning birds sing and clear dreams, dew drops and smoke blue waves,
The first day is eagerly eager, and the wandering fragrance is empty.
After washing and eating breakfast, everyone is ready to start the next day's expansion game-live CS battle. The competition is divided into two elite teams, the "Eastern Team" and the "Northeast Team". Under the arrangement of the captain, everyone cooperates with each other and divides their work.

 

 

The game was triggered by the coach’s whistle. The sound of gunfire followed at the moment the whistle sounded. After stepping into the combat area, everyone quickly grabbed the favorable terrain. For a while, only the sound of machine guns shooting in the field was heard. Forge ahead only for the victory of the team.

Teammates in the jungle shuttled back and forth in the bunkers and engaged in offensive and defensive battles. Although the environment was harsh, mosquitoes were constantly biting, and physical exertion was high, the team members still insisted on fighting until the last person, not giving up, and not giving up.
 

 

 

As the celebration of champagne opened and the event came to an end, everyone dragged their happy but slightly tired posture and embarked on the return journey. It was noon, everyone sat together in the group, chatting about the beginning and end of the group building, and eating a delicious lunch, which ended the event successfully.
