From October 27 to 29, the 10th Annual Semiconductor Equipment Conference and Semiconductor Equipment and Core Components Exhibition (CSEAC 2022) was held in Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center. The theme of this exhibition is "gather 'core' synergy · develop 'core' equipment". The exhibition will last for three days.
